Prices

Delivery time
The online store mamaminka.si tries to deliver the goods to the client as soon as possible, expectedly within 7 working days. (unless it is written otherwise on the product) After submitting the order, you will receive its confirmation, which contains confirmation of the ordered items and the total price. In the event that the goods you ordered are not in stock, we will agree with you on the delivery date.
Delivery or pick up
The goods are delivered by parcel service. If you are not available at the delivery address specified in the order, the shipment will be waiting for you at the nearest post office. In the case of larger orders, the delivery person will agree with you on the delivery time. In the event that the stock runs out, we will notify you immediately and present you with the rest of the offer or let you know the delivery date for the ordered items. Estimated delivery time is up to 7 working days. In no case is the online store responsible for exceeding the delivery deadline. Delivery is made to your address, which you specified when registering or ordering.

You can conclude a contract or order by phone, e-mail or the Internet via the online store. Corrections or additions to the order can be sent to us by email.
Purchase procedure - conclusion of the contract
Selection of items - placing the order, the buyer selects the items he wants in the basket and fills in all the necessary information at the checkout and places the order. The order is placed in a queue, and the customer receives a copy of the order in their mailbox. The buyer has the option to cancel the order in line via e-mail within two hours. The order is kept in the "archive" on the provider's server.
Order confirmed - contract concluded
Within 24 hours at the latest, the provider reviews the order, checks product availability and confirms or rejects the order. In the event that the price changes during the processing of the order, the provider undertakes to try to offer the user a lower price or to offer an appropriate solution that would be mutually satisfactory. The provider reserves the right to call the user on his phone number. The contract between the provider and the user is irrevocably concluded if the order is confirmed with the message "In processing", but if the order is rejected, the contract is not concluded.
Delivery of products
For products in stock, the delivery of goods takes up to 7 working days, and in other cases up to 4 weeks after receiving the order. In case of a longer delivery time, we will inform you about the delivery time by e-mail or phone. The provider packs and ships the goods within the promised period with the attached original invoice and any instructions and warranty card.
return of goods
If the buyer wants to withdraw from the contract for any reason, he must notify the seller in writing within 14 days to the address below or by e-mail: info@mamaminka.si. The period of 14 days begins the next day after receiving the goods. If the buyer withdraws from the contract after receiving the goods, he must return the goods to the seller within 30 days after the written notice of withdrawal from the contract has been sent. The goods received must be returned undamaged, in the original packaging and in the same quantity, unless the goods have been destroyed, damaged, lost or their quantity has decreased through no fault of the buyer. The seller returns the purchase price no later than 30 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract. The return of the received goods to the seller within the withdrawal period is also considered a notice of withdrawal from the contract.
