Goods ordered in the mamaminka.si online store are delivered by GLS, DPD, DHL and Pošta Slovenije parcel services.
Delivery of goods under the stated conditions is limited to the territory of Slovenia.
The online store is not responsible for any overdue delivery due to the delivery of the shipment. The delivery is made to your address specified during registration or ordering. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the delivery person will leave you a message about the received shipment, which can be delivered again - DELIVERY SERVICE BY AGREEMENT.

Delivery time
The online store mamaminka.si undertakes to cancel the order within the agreed period. The deadline for removal of goods from stock is a maximum of seven working days.
When the goods are sent or will be ready for collection, you will be notified by e-mail. The delivery period begins at 12 noon on the PAYMENT day of the order, or when you receive a notification via e-mail that your order is being processed.
In the event that the goods are not in stock, we will inform you about this and offer you a replacement product or agree with you on the delivery date. In the event that you are not at home at the time of delivery, the delivery person will leave you a message about the received shipment, which can be re- deliver - BY ARRANGEMENT DELIVERY SERVICE. If you did not receive the notification, please inform us via the mamaminka.si website, where we will make sure that the ordered goods are delivered again as soon as possible.
By prior agreement, the ordered goods can also be picked up at the headquarters of GALAVITA D.O.O.
